Having the capacities to accommodate larger loads and movements, Hercules pot-type bearings and expansion joints satisfy the requirement of aesthetic & longer spanned bridges using advanced construction methods such as Incrementally Launching, Balanced Cantilever, Cable-stayed, Precast Segmental or Cast-situ. Laboratory Testing & Calibration

In order to verify the mechanical and physical properties, the Hercules Engineering structural & mechanical pot bearings are tested at our testing facility. Hercules Test Machine has a maximum vertical load capacity of 25,000 kN and maximum horizontal load capacity of 2,000 kN. The Uplift Load Test combined with rotation as well as the short and long term coefficient of friction tests are also possible. We have access to carry out full properties test on materials, especially elastomer, in a quality accredited laboratory.

Hercules Digital Test Machine can also provide calibration services for hydraulic equipment and load cells.

Hercules fully integrated manufacturing facility is capable to execute all range of quality production using modern machineries and techniques. Our production works are carried out in accordance with procedures and inspection test plan that incorporate systematic quality assurance. We also provide custom-designed steel fabrication & steel machining.

Site Supervision, Installation & Replacement

In order to provide complete product warranty () material supplied; site installation & commissioning for all our engineering products. We have our own team of committed experienced technicians perform the installation or replacement at sites. For projects that are in interstates or overseas, we could also provide on-site demonstration and supervision of installation or replacement.

Quality Assurance

Since this engineering products & services require strict quality control in both design, production & installation, we have a full time QA / QC manager to ensure consistency & tracebility are achieved in quality management.
